Toronto Metropolitain University Researchers Terri Peters and Alexandra Boissonneault created a learning and training module about Post-Occupancy Evaluation that includes how to incorporate people's lived expereince into the discussion of quality in the built environment. The one hour session is a webinar called “Learning from Buildings in Use: Post-Occupancy Evaluations as Feedback in Design” for OAA Credit and dissemination as part of RAIC Conference. We proposed the theme, developed materials and presented for professional audiences a 1-hour webinar as part of the RAIC 2026 Continuing Education Webinar Series.
