Aspen Landing Shopping Centre

"When you are there, the scale feels very pedestrian-oriented. It does not feel like a typical shopping centre where you just park, grab something, and leave. It feels like a place where people can actually spend time. There are details that contribute to that, like lower street lighting, textured ground surfaces, and seating areas integrated with planting. There is also a water feature, which adds to that outdoor feeling and makes it more comfortable to be in the space. For me, the experience is about how it invites you to stay. It feels designed for people, not just for cars or transactions, and that makes it stand out." (Adapted from interview material. Edited for clarity while preserving the participant’s voice.)
