"This place stands out not only because of the physical space, but also because of how the experience is managed. The environment is quiet, with good acoustics, which makes a big difference. When adjustments are needed, they are handled in a way that does not draw attention. Over time, the space adapts to how it is used. When returning, everything is already arranged in a way that works, without having to ask again. What stands out is how comfortable it feels. The accommodation is built into both the space and the way it operates."
