In collaboration with Acton Ostry Architects, MTA designed Limberlost Place, a 10-storey mass timber building for George Brown Polytechnic’s Waterfront Campus. Located in the heart of Toronto, the net-zero carbon, future-proofed facility serves as home to the School of Architectural Studies. Designed to target LEED Gold, the landmark tower is the first mass timber assembly occupancy building in North America, pushing boundaries in sustainable innovations to attract a talented, diverse student population.
