"These spaces work well at a larger scale, especially during events. Movement through the space is manageable, and accessibility is considered in how people navigate it. There is also an added layer of awareness from staff, who recognize when someone may need assistance and respond directly. It is not only about the physical environment, but about how the space supports people during use, especially in situations like emergencies."

"The Convention Centre stands out for its accessibility, even though the surrounding conditions are not always ideal. There is no direct drop-off area, which creates challenges before you enter. Once inside, though, the space performs very well. The washrooms, in particular, are large and designed in a way that feels fully accessible. It reflects a high standard of universal design. There is a contrast between the building itself and how it connects to its context, and that becomes part of the experience."
