"These spaces work well at a larger scale, especially during events. Movement through the space is manageable, and accessibility is considered in how people navigate it. There is also an added layer of awareness from staff, who recognize when someone may need assistance and respond directly. It is not only about the physical environment, but about how the space supports people during use, especially in situations like emergencies." (Adapted from interview material.
